Understanding Massage

Massage therapy is a journey of a therapeutic healing modality for the restoration of body tissue and body functioning by the way of touch. Massage is a therapy for healing and not to be misconstrued as an explicit act. It is prohibited to engage, prompt or expect, lewd acts from or make comments/gestures towards the therapist. Therapist reserve the rights to refuse services to anyone who is not respecting appropriate boundaries and professional spaces. Therapy will help in other areas for healing such as reducing stress and anxiety. Therapy is conducted in a private and enclosed space. Massages are completed as a One on One method to maintain a client centered focus.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Lymphatic drainage massage is a specialized massage technique designed to encourage the movement of lymph fluid throughout the body. By using light to deep rhythmic strokes, it supports the lymphatic system's role in removing waste, maintaining fluid balance, and contributing to immune function. It is commonly used to help reduce swelling (especially after surgery or injury), manage lymphedema under medical guidance, and promote relaxation.
